Good Mental Health Drop-In Cafe

Flyer with dates of future cafe eventsYou may be feeling anxious, stressed or socially isolated, or  you may be worried about a friend or family member, or you may just be interested to know more about good mental health and wellbeing, and the availability of local resources in Portsmouth.

We’re very friendly, and there are people around to chat and signpost you to stalls or activities, depending on what you’re interested in.

There’ll be a range of stalls with people to talk about support that’s available. Some of our regular attendees are the Learning Place, the Carers’ Centre, Counselling Portsmouth, Citizens’ Advice Portsmouth, the Solent Mind Wellbeing Centre, and support groups Shift and S.A.D. Portsmouth.

Join us for free workshops and talks each month – check out our programme of arts based activities and learning opportunities, all helping to promote good mental health, reduce stress and anxiety, and encourage social contact.

Other activities are going on too – relax with some mindful colouring in our Creativity Corner, have a conversation with one of our Books from the Human Library, take part in an on-line tool called Genie which helps you find the support you’re looking for in your local community.
