Resources

Welcome to our Resources page, please take a look around and explore the Resource Gateways! We’ve brought together a wide range of information to help support your mental and emotional wellbeing during this difficult and uncertain time we are all currently experiencing.

Scroll down for links to some Portsmouth based and nationwide organisations offering advice and practical support to help you stay well and resilient over the coming months. Or, click on each of the Gateways above – Meet, Relax, Learn and Create – to explore our additional resources.

The fifth Gateway leads to information about local groups, projects and enterprises in Hampshire that aim to contribute to good mental health, recovery and wellbeing in different ways. This is not a comprehensive guide, but where possible we’ll signpost you to places you can find out more.

As we are based in Portsmouth, click here to find more links to advice and support specific to our local area.

If you live in Hampshire outside of the main cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, you can find information on volunteering and support via this link: Hampshire Social Care and Health
