The Nexus Project

nex‧us /ˈneksəs/ noun [singular] formal    a connection or network of connections between a number of people, things, or ideas

Why not come along to our weekly Nexus group, connecting women and wellbeing through creativity?

This is a safe space for women to try out simple creative activities using materials you can easily source from the home or outdoors. Enjoy the experience of connecting with others through the live group session, take part in a guided creative activity and boost your sense of wellbeing.

Here’s the plan for the next few weeks:

24 May – Drawing Horses with Claire Holloway

31 May – Making friendship bracelets with Jada

7 June – Life music and singing with Janet Ayers

14 June – Art activity with Mandie Molyneux

21 June – Art activity with Claire Holloway

28 June – Basic Macrame with Alice Hume

5 July – Basic Macrame with Alice Hume

“You can’t use up creativity.  The more you use, the more you have.”  Maya Angelou

The weekly Nexus sessions are all held at the Buckland United Reformed Church, 174 Kingston Rd, Fratton, PO2 7LP, from 11am to 12.30pm.
