Connecting Women and Wellbeing Through Creativity

All activities are based at the Buckland United Reformed Church, 174 Kingston Road, PO2 7LP

Why not join our weekly women’s group? We meet every Tuesday morning from 11am-12.30pm at the Buckland United Reformed Church.

This is a safe space for women to try out simple creative activities using materials you can easily source from the home or outdoors. Enjoy the experience of connecting with others through the live group session, take part in a guided creative activity with a professional facilitator, and boost your sense of wellbeing.

From September, we have an autumn programme of creative activities for women. Click here for more details

Just drop by to meet us on any Tuesday morning – you’ll have a warm welcome!!

Thanks to Awards for All for funding this programme until December 2023.

Lungs of the City

– a chance to open our eyes to the power of nature on our doorstep

Attendees at our Open Day for Men’s Wellbeing were introduced to the ‘Lungs of the City’ project being launched by Paul Williams, one of our regular facilitators. Participants are encouraged to practice their photographic skills taking images of trees in the city, and reflecting on how trees and the green environment, contributes to a sense of wellbeing and promotes recovery from emotional distress.
