Time to Stress Less and Take Care of Your Mental Wellbeing

The Good Mental Health Cafe is a monthly event – every second Wednesday. Our next one is Wednesday 9 January, so why not call in between 2 and 6pm?

Have a cuppa at the Lily&Lime Cafe, browse the stalls and chat to people from local support groups and services. Find out more about what’s going on in your area. Have an inspiring conversation with a Book from the Human Library. While away some time in our Creativity Corner, or book a session with our ‘on-line Genie’ to explore local opportunities that are right for you.

There are also two free taster workshops you can go to – The Power of Self Esteem with Maria Ganderton, and Words to Live By, with Lucy Weavind.
